Welcome to Jacaranda. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions described here. We recommend that you read this information carefully before completing your order.

Currency and Prices Jacaranda offers its products in two currencies:

• For purchases from Colombia: prices in Colombian Pesos (COP).
• For purchases from the United States and other countries, prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices include local taxes but do not include any additional duties or taxes that may be applied at the final destination.

2. Purchase Process

• Customers select the desired artwork and add it to the shopping cart.
• Payment is made through the methods enabled on the platform (credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer).
• A confirmation email with the order details will be sent.

3. Delivery Times

• Colombia: 5 to 10 business days.
• United States: 10 to 15 working days.
• Rest of the world: 15 to 20 business days. These times may vary depending on the availability of the work and the customer's location.

4. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted in case of damage during transport or errors in the shipment of the artwork.
• The customer must notify any incident within a maximum period of 5 working days after receiving the order.
• Jacaranda will pay the return costs and will proceed to the replacement or refund of the artwork within 15 working days.
• No returns will be accepted for change of opinion or differences in the perception of colors.

5. Guarantee of authenticity 

Each purchased artwork has a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

6. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Jacaranda reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. The modifications will be published on the website.
